How it works

LEADERSHIP TEAM — 16 SEATS 5 MISMATCHED

30%+

of a role's first-year salary is the typical cost of getting that hire wrong.

89%

of hiring failures are attributed to poor fit, not lack of skill.

0

seats in most companies have a written definition of what "right" actually looks like.

THE APPROACH

Two tools. One clear answer: who belongs where.

Most hiring and placement decisions run on gut feel. We replace the guesswork with two documents every leader can act on immediately.
Tool 01

Job Scorecard

A one-page definition of the seat itself — not the person in it. Built once, reused every time that role is filled.
 - The outcomes this seat is accountable for
 - The competencies required to hit them
 - The behavioural profile that tends to succeed in it
Tool 02

DISC for Leaders

An individual behavioral report, written for how people operate at work: communication, decision speed, pace under pressure.
 - Plain-language leadership report, not academic jargon
 - Built for 1:1 debriefs, not just filed away
 - Directly comparable against a seat's scorecard

THE PROCESS

From open question to filled seat

1

Define the seat
We build the Job Scorecard together — outcomes, competencies, and the behavioral profile the role calls for.

2

Assess the people
Current employees or candidates complete DISC for Leaders — a 10-minute assessment, no prep required.

3

Compare fit
Each report is read against the scorecard, surfacing genuine fit — and where coaching or a different seat makes more sense.

4

Decide with confidence
Hire, promote, or realign — backed by a written rationale you can defend to your board or your team.

QUESTIONS

Before you get started

1. Is DISC just a personality test?
No — it's a behavioral assessment, not a personality or intelligence test. It measures how someone tends to communicate, decide, and pace their work, which is exactly what determines fit for a given seat.
2. Do I need the Job Scorecard if I already have a job description?
A job description lists duties. A scorecard defines outcomes and the behavioral profile that tends to succeed at them — it's what you compare a DISC report against, and most companies don't have one written down.
3. How long does the assessment take?
About 10 minutes per person, completed online. Reports are delivered upon completion of the debrief.
4. Can this replace our hiring process?
It's built to strengthen your existing process, not replace it — most teams use it alongside interviews and reference checks, as the objective layer that removes gut-feel bias from the final call.

Every open seat is a decision waiting to be made using data rather than instinct.

Start with one seat, one hire, or your whole leadership team. Book a short call, and we'll figure out the right starting point together.
